Breaking Dawn Trailer...

Ok so for the Twilight fans out there like myself . You will all be aware that MTV released the 1st Breaking Dawn trailer on Sunday. YAY! This totally got me and Donna excited about it. I'll forever love Twilight, it's what started my fantasy fiction reading off. It will always hold a place in my ever growing fantasy loving heart. Always. Team Edward....etc etc...

So for those of you who haven't seen the trailer yet, here it is in its full glory:

So what do you all think of it? Personally, before seeing this trailer my excitement totally fizzled out...but now...well its all back and bouncy and stuff! There are certain elements of the trailer that I didn't like, I just feel like it was lacking something, but I'm not sure what. However I pretty sure I broke my replay button watching the one bit of the movie which I find...um...hot? Yes that's the word. Hot. And that scene is? Edward breaking the headboard...this was a great scene in the book that I loved. I'm soo glad that they've kept it in and Rob has definitely been working out...sigh. Definitely my favourite bit of the entire trailer.

So let us know what your thoughts are. Are you all equally excited as Donna and I? Leave a comment below and tell us your thoughts.

Jamie Campbell Bower cast as Jace Wayland in 'City of Bones'

Morning all. Well as some of you may or may not have heard, it was announced yesterday that Harry Potter and Twilight star Jamie Campbell Bower, has landed the role of the sexy Jace Wayland in the first movie adaptation of Cassandra Clare's best selling books City of Bones. Jamie will join co-star Lilly Collins who plays Clary. Its said that filming will begin later this year, for an expected 2012 release date. (But don't quote us on that)

For those of you who do not know who Jamie is, here is a picture of the future Jace Wayland:

Okay so he doesn't exactly look like Jace right now, but what about if he had runes on him? Would that sway you a little more? Here try this:

I think it could work. Providing that its done right, and that Jamie beefs up and manages to connect with the character then I think it could definitely work. I'm not going to judge Jamie based on what he looks like right now. I'm going to wait until I see the movie, then I'll pass judgement. Just like, I'll pass judgement on The Hunger Games when it's released.
Donna isn't so sure. Jamie isn't her first choice (he isn't mine either), but Donna thinks that maybe he'll grow on her in time, and she'll come to fancying him once the movie is released. Obviously everyones favorite was Alex Pettyfer, who sadly, didn't take the role (silly Alex), but we can't always get want we want in life.

Let us know your thoughts? Do you like the choice? Are you still going to see the movie, or are you put off now?

As soon as we have more news on this, we'll update you. Heres hoping a cutie will play Simon...

Thanks for stopping by bloggers.

Happy reading! :)

Summit Entertainment option movie rights for Evermore by Alyson Noel

Evening everyone!

Good news for all the Evermore (The Immortals) fans. Summit Entertainment (the people that bought us the Twilight Saga movies) have optioned for film rights too all 10 books within the The Immortals Series and The Riley Bloom Series!! How excited are you now?!
Now we don't have much more information on this right now, but as soon as Alyson Noel posts on her blog anymore news, we'll be sure to let you know!

Blurb: Since a horrible accident claimed the lives of her family, sixteen-year-old Ever can see auras, hear people’s thoughts, and know a person’s life story by touch.   Going out of her way to shield herself from human contact to suppress her abilities has branded her as a freak at her new high school—but everything changes when she meets Damen Auguste…

Ever sees Damen and feels an instant recognition.  He is gorgeous, exotic and wealthy, and he holds many secrets.  Damen is able to make things appear and disappear, he always seems to know what she’s thinking—and he’s the only one who can silence the noise and the random energy in her head.  She doesn’t know who he really is—or what he is.  Damen equal parts light and darkness, and he belongs to an enchanted new world where no one ever dies.

So...here comes the big question. Who would you pick to play Ever and Damen?
