Waiting on Wednesday (#27)

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

Jess's WoW
Right of Way
by Lauren Barnholdt
Release date: July 9th, 2013

The road to heartbreak takes a lot of turns.

Here are Peyton and Jace, meeting on vacation. Click! It’s awesome, it’s easy, it’s romantic. This is the real deal.

Unless it isn’t.

Because when you’re in love, you don’t just stop calling one day. And you don’t keep secrets. Or lie. And when your life starts falling apart, you’re supposed to have the other person to lean on.

Here are Peyton and Jace again, broken up but thrown together on a road trip. One of them is lying about the destination. One of them is pretending not to be leaving something behind.

Neither of them is prepared for what’s coming on the road ahead…

Jess's Thoughts:I saw this listed by chance on Goodreads and decided that I needed to add it to my TBR. I love books like this, and I like books involving roadtrips, I loved One Way Street which was written by the same author so I am really looking forward to reading this book! It sounds like it'll be a pretty awesome summer read come 2013!

Donna's WoW
Through the Ever Night (Under the Never Sky, #2) Through the Ever Night
by Veronica Rossi
Release date: January 8th, 2013
<

A world-defying love is put to the ultimate test in the heart-stopping sequel to Veronica Rossi's "masterpiece," Under the Never Sky. (Examiner.com)

It's been months since Aria last saw Perry. Months since Perry was named Blood Lord of the Tides, and Aria was charged with an impossible mission. Now, finally, they are about to be reunited. But their reunion is far from perfect. The Tides don't take kindly to Aria, a former Dweller. And with the worsening Aether storms threatening the tribe's precarious existence, Aria begins to fear that leaving Perry behind might be the only way to save them both.

Threatened by false friends, hidden enemies, and powerful temptations, Aria and Perry wonder, Can their love survive through the ever night?

In this second book in her spellbinding Under the Never Sky trilogy, Veronica Rossi combines fantasy and dystopian elements to create a captivating love story as perilous as it is unforgettable.

Donna's thoughts: I can not wait for this book! I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the first book Under the Never Sky - but I did and I loved it. Now I'm eagerly awaiting this release. I can't wait to be back in this world!

Right of Way sounds really good. Even though I don't read much contemporary romance, this has me intrigued. I haven't yet got around to reading Under the Never Sky though...

Great picks! I haven't heard of the first one yet, so that one looks good. Umm, just a suggestion, but could you include the links to the book's Goodreads page, because if I see a new book I like to add it to my TBR. Thanks!! :)
