The Blurb: Meghan Chase used to be an ordinary girl...until she discovered that she is really a faery princess. After escaping from the clutches of the deadly Iron fey, Meghan must follow through on her promise to return to the equally dangerous Winter Court with her forbidden love, Prince Ash. But first, Meghan has one request: that they visit Puck--Meghan's best friend and servant of her father, King Oberon--who was gravely injured defending Meghan from the Iron Fey.
Yet Meghan and Ash's detour does not go unnoticed. They have caught the attention of an ancient, powerful hunter--a foe that even Ash may not be able to defeat....

The Review: Winter's Passage takes place straight after the events in The Iron King. The short story follows Meghan & Ash's journey to the Winter Castle but making a quick stop to visit Puck along the way, leads to something terrible hunting them on their journey.

I really enjoyed this short story. It was a great addition to the series as we get to see how Puck is doing but mostly, we get to see Meghan and Ash, who spend quiet a bit of time together through out the journey. We finally get to see a little more romance happening between them but as much romance there is, there are some frustrating times too. As Ash is battling with his feelings for Meghan and his duty as the Winter Prince, you can really feel what he's going through and can't help but feel for him. I'm so hoping this work out for them.

Overall, a great read :) I'm really looking forward to starting The Iron Daughter.
