The earth-shattering conclusion to Veronica Rossi's "masterpiece" Under the Never Sky trilogy and sequel to the New York Times bestselling Through the Ever Night (Examiner.com).
Their love and their leadership have been tested. Now it's time for Perry and Aria to unite the Dwellers and the Outsiders in one last desperate attempt to bring balance to their world.
The race to the Still Blue has reached a stalemate. Aria and Perry are determined to find this last safe-haven from the Aether storms before Sable and Hess do-and they are just as determined to stay together.
Meanwhile, time is running out to rescue Cinder, who was abducted by Hess and Sable for his unique abilities. And when Roar returns to camp, he is so furious with Perry that he won't even look at him, and Perry begins to feel like they have already lost.
Out of options, Perry and Aria assemble a team to mount an impossible rescue mission-because Cinder isn't just the key to unlocking the Still Blue and their only hope for survival, he's also their friend. And in a dying world, the bonds between people are what matter most.
In this final book in her stunning Under the Never Sky trilogy, Veronica Rossi raises the stakes to their absolute limit and brings her epic love story to an unforgettable close

The Review: I honestly don't know what to say. How can I sum up how much I completely adore this series, and now it's over? It's one of the hard things about loving a series so much, being connected to characters for a few years and then reaching the end - it's always such a bittersweet moment but, author Veronica Rossi wrote this series fantastic ,and I'm so glad I was apart of this journey.
Into the Still Blue brings us the epic conclusion of this compelling series, and we see Perry and Aria go on a journey to try and reach Sable and Hess in order to rescue Cinder from their evil clutches, and also to achieve their ultimate goal.....of reaching the still blue. Can Aria and Perry save Cinder in time to save themselves?
One word to sum up this series? A-MAZ-ING! Veronica Rossi delivers an epic finale and one I'm sure we won't forget in a long time - I know I won't. I love how she's put this series together, the world building, the character relationships, the love story - even the bad guys, everything is just so thoroughly enjoyable and completely captivating. Even though it's pretty scary to try and think that one day, something like this could actually happen in our world - or any dystopian book in fact, for some reason we all seem draw to this types of stories - it's like we connect with them more than paranormal, and I believe Veronica Rossi's Under the Never Sky trilogy really fits with some of the best.
Perry and Aria have both been favourites of mine ever since they first met, because you know there's something special about them. And together, they really reflect in each other - they push each other to be better and stronger people, their loves shows people how getting over smaller facts that like Perry and Aria coming from different backgrounds, doesn't really matter - you can find love anywhere...and both characters together.....swoon! Any scenes where they are together are fantastic! Aria is definitely one of the stronger and more put together YA heroines, she's gone through so much but she always stands her ground, and Perry; a fantastic male heroin, who really is a true leader. He always tries to do the best for his clan and look out for them. I loved Perry's relationships he had with Roar, Brooke and especially Cinder.
While on the topic of Cinder, his ending was one that truly won't be forgotten. I always wondered how Veronica would write it, but she made it believable and even though it was somewhat sad and shocking, it was the only way she could do it - without the story becoming predictable or too convenient....or so I believe. The plot was fast-paced, exciting and very enjoyable. It was nail-biting and very unpredictable and overall a really good read.
So in all, you can see how much I loved Into the Still Blue and this series in whole. It's definitely a YA story that I would recommend, and I'm excited to see what will come next from Veronica Rossi.
