The worldwide phenomenon continues as Eva and Gideon face the demons of their pasts, and accept the consequences of their obsessive desires…
From the moment I first met Gideon Cross, I recognized something in him that I needed. Something I couldn’t resist. I saw the dangerous and damaged soul inside–so much like my own. I was drawn to it. I needed him as surely as I needed my heart to beat.
No one knows how much he risked for me. How much I’d been threatened, or just how dark and desperate the shadow of our pasts would become.
Entwined by our secrets, we tried to defy the odds. We made our own rules and surrendered completely to the exquisite power of possession…

The Review: “Angel, a crowd of millions couldn’t hide you from me. I found you once. I’ll always find you.”
Sylvia Day is back with the third instalment in to her bestselling Crossfire series and once again, she had me enthralled and completely captured from the very first page.
Entwined with You starts where Reflected in You ends. Gideon and Eva, to the public eye aren't together anymore, however, behind hidden doors they very much are....and things are never easy with these two. Once again Gideon and Eva are surrounded by intense passion, love and of course, hidden secrets but slowly these two start opening up to each other and they're obsessions start to take control.
I have to admit, I was so nervous to start Entwined with You. Why you ask? Well, considering this was originally a three part series and now it's a five, I guess you can see my nervousness. Like many, I was worried this series would be dragged out and yes, I do believe the author could have probably wrapped everything up in the three books, but did I really want that? No! That would mean the end of Gideon and Eva, and after reading Entwined with You, I want more. It's the characters, they're just so damn addictive. It's hard to not want more! And I believe Sylvia Day can deliver more epic books. So I'm now all for the next two books.
Gideon and Eva leave me breathless. These two together bring so many fireworks to the story. Their relationship is so intense and hot, their love is all-consuming and their lives are so fascinating. Every step of their relationship is so unpredictable and at times hard, but that's the beauty of it. That two people who love each other this much can overcome anything because of their love. Beautiful!
The story was really enjoyable. We finally see more answers to some of the long awaited questions we had and we really see Gideon open up more. The story brings more problems, so it will be interesting to see where that take us next, but it also brings a lot of unexpected happiness too.
Overall, Sylvia Day writes the Crossfire series with so much passion it's hard not to love it, and I'm so glad she decided to write more!
“I look at you, angel, and I want you so badly. I want to be with you, listen to you, talk to you. I want to hear you laugh and hold you when you cry. I want to sit next to you, breathe the same air, share the same life. I want to wake up to you like this every day forever. I want you.”

I'm so nervous to start this one seeing that there is still more to come, but I guess that's a good thing because I love Gideon and Eva. Still, I'm a little scared and don't want other unnecessary issues (BRET!) to be the main focus of this book. I'm so glad that Gideon opened up more, that was what I need since the first book. What is that unexpected happiness you mentioned? Oh, now I've got to read this book! Fantastic review, Donna :)
I loved this one and the chances were really great. Now we have more talking and these two really needed to handle their relationship better. It was a great book. I understand your fear about the series growing, but after reading this one I don't see a problem in more Gideon coming up. LOL
